You will need just a few Ingredients to make a simple but elegant side dish.
- 1kg of peeled small carrots
- 2 tablespoons Pure Charisma Chestnut organic honey
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or rosemary
- Pre heat oven to 350°F or 175°C
- Toss carrots into a roasting tin with olive oil salt, pepper and the chosen herb
- Roast for 30 minutes
- Drizzle honey over the carrots, mix them well until evenly coated and place in the oven for a further 20 minutes or until tender and caramelised.
