Honey roasted carrots

You will need just a few Ingredients to make a simple but elegant side dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg of peeled small carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Charisma Chestnut organic honey
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or rosemary

 

METHODS

  1. Pre heat oven to 350°F or 175°C
  2. Toss carrots into a roasting tin with olive oil salt, pepper and the chosen herb
  3. Roast for 30 minutes
  4. Drizzle honey over the carrots, mix them well until evenly coated and place in the oven for a further 20 minutes or until tender and caramelised.
